Megan is a registered behaviour support practitioner who has worked in disability services for over 10 years. Megan worked as a disability support worker while gaining her psychology qualifications. She is a registered counselling psychologist who has extensive experience providing psychology support for people with disability. Megan has an interest in supporting people from an attachment and developmental perspective.

Ellie is a registered behaviour support practitioner with 20 years of experience in the disability sector. She worked as a disability support worker and team leader in supported accommodation and community participation settings while obtaining her qualification as an education support teacher. Ellie has taught students with complex physical, cognitive, emotional, and behavioural needs at a range of education support schools and centers. Her approach to PBS is grounded in the social model of disability, and she works from a systems perspective. This involves engaging with clients, families, and support workers to co-design achievable strategies aimed at improving quality of life.

Gale specialises in complex behaviour and working with challenging systems. She is an award-winning clinical supervisor and mentor and continues to provide senior clinical supervision and mentoring support to core, provisional and advanced behaviour support practitioners.

With a strong foundation in mindfulness practices, Minttu is also a certified meditation and yoga teacher and runs community yoga classes.
